Simple, private and quiet, a soft landing 20 minutes from Holy Cross Medical Center on previous Holy Cross MC ED nurse’s home (1 acre, fenced in property) $975 1/4 mile from Route 522 and 25 minutes from Tao’s Ski Valley, 10 minutes to the Rio Grande. A work in progress, there is a 220 V outlet connection, solid ground (concrete pad, water to be improved upon, but hose and septic access available). I live and 1/2 the week, my 2 daughters on property. 2 dogs, one cat have free rein. 1 friendly pet allowed, with deposit and increased monthly rental of $150.
