Every member of the business department is here to help you find a reasonable way to pay your medical bills; please do not hesitate to contact us with problems, questions, and concerns.
Walk-ins coming to the Hospital may discuss their medical bills privately and one-on-one with a Patient Accounts Representative. If you have a complaint about how the medical services are billed, then you may also discuss the complaint with a Patient Account Representative. For questions about your medical bill, you may call a representative, whose name will be on the bottom of the medical bills in order to set up payment arrangements.
Prompt Pay Discount
You can ask for prompt pay discounts for cash services at the time of service.
