Carpal Tunnel syndrome is a condition that occurs due to repetitive fine motor control activities, or can occur due to conditions such as diabetes, obesity or rheumatoid arthritis. Pressure is placed over the Median nerve which runs through the Carpal Tunnel at the level of the wrist causing numbness, tingling, and weakness of the hand.
