Patient Accounts

Walk-ins coming to the Hospital may discuss their medical bills privately and one-on-one with a Patient Accounts Representative. If you have a complaint about how the medical services are billed, then you may also discuss the complaint with a Patient Account Representative. For questions about your medical bill, you may call a representative, whose name will be on the bottom of the medical bills in order to set up payment arrangements.

Prompt Pay Discount

You can ask for prompt pay discounts for cash services at the time of service.

Billing Questions

Answers to billing questions can be obtained by calling one of the following numbers between 8:00 and 8:00 PM MST – Monday thru Friday. The number you call will be based on the date of your visit.
