Multiple Sclerosis or MS is a disease affecting the central nervous system which includes the brain and spinal cord. The body’s immune system attacks the insulation of the nerves and can cause problems with vision, muscle strength and tone, sensation, swallowing and speech, gait and others. It is a highly individualized condition, different people are affected in different ways.
