Misty Carruth, RN, BSN

Misty chose nursing as a career after she watched the nurses provide care for her grandfather who had suffered a heart attack. She moved in with her grandparents and helped care for them while attending nursing school. She graduated with her Licensed Vocational Nursing in 2000 and her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2005, both from Weatherford College. While working at Baylor All Saints in Fort Worth, she attended the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2010. Prior to becoming the Director of Quality, Misty worked from home as Manager of Curation Planning and Capacity Management for Oncology Research.

Misty grew up in Texas. She moved to the beautiful town of Angel Fire with her husband and children in October 2021. In her spare time, she likes to read the Bible, help lead youth group at her church, attend her children’s activities, go on dates with her husband, and walk her dog Coco. She considers herself blessed to live in the beautiful state of New Mexico and work for Holy Cross Medical Center.
