This is a quiet, spacious, comfortable one bedroom, one bath home, with great views. It has passive solar heat gain, a wood stove and a propane heater. Washer and dryer are in the bathroom and there is an electric wall heater. This is a sublet, not a rental, so it is comes with dishes and pots and pans, art on the walls, pillows, etc. There are plants that need to be watered once a week.
