Help With My Patient Portal
The current patient portal, MyCareCorner, is being replaced by the new portal. Information from My Care Corner will not transfer into the new portal.
My Care Corner will remain available after the June 1st transition, but there will be no technical support for the old portal. As long as you remember your login information, you will be able to access your old account through MyCareCorner. The hospital will not be able to help you access your MyCareCorner account after June 1st. Patients are encouraged to download or save any information they would like to keep from My Care Corner before June 1st.
MyCareConnect is a patient portal that will help you manage your patient information with Holy Cross Medical Center and our clinics. We understand that it might be difficult or confusing to setup your account for the first time, so we have included some PDF documents and videos to help you navigate the registration process and help answer your questions.
