Getting Started With MyCareCorner

The current patient portal, MyCareCorner, is being replaced by the new portal. Information from My Care Corner will not transfer into the new portal.

My Care Corner will remain available after the June 1st transition, but there will be no technical support for the old portal. As long as you remember your login information, you will be able to access your old account through MyCareCorner. The hospital will not be able to help you access your MyCareCorner account after June 1st. Patients are encouraged to download or save any information they would like to keep from My Care Corner before June 1st.

Holy Cross Medical Center will send you an email (if you provided an email address) or a printed copy of instructions for accessing the MyCareCorner website. If you have not received an email with the information to setup your MyCareCorner you cannot set up your MyCareCorner account yet, please contact (575) 751-5735.
