The Strategic Planning Process
The Board of Directors and Leadership Team at Holy Cross Medical Center, with support from Ovation Healthcare, recently developed a three-year Strategic Plan. This plan, approved on January 31, 2024 reflects Holy Cross’ commitment to the Taos community and goal to deliver top-quality care. We are pleased to share information on the planning process, key findings, and strategic priorities with the community.
Holy Cross spent several months reviewing data to assess its current position, identify key healthcare trends, and develop a strategic framework with clear objectives and tactics.
