Where the portal is used

The MEDITECH portal covers your records from every Holy Cross location.

The Holy Cross Patient Portal is changing on June 1st

We are launching a new patient portal on June 1st as part of a hospital and clinic-wide upgrade to our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This upgrade will help us improve care across our health care network and provide patients with a more convenient portal experience.

During the transition, you may notice temporary changes, including longer wait times or requests to update your personal information, insurance details, or payment methods. Thank you for your patience as we complete this important improvement.

Important: The current patient portal, MyCareCorner, is being replaced by the new portal. Information from My Care Corner will not transfer into the new portal. My Care Corner will remain available after the June 1st transition, but there will be no technical support for the old portal. As long as you remember your login information, you will be able to access your old account through MyCareCorner. The hospital will not be able to help you access your MyCareCorner account after June 1st. Patients are encouraged to download or save any information they would like to keep from My Care Corner before June 1st.

Patients will not be able to sign up for the new portal until they receive an email invitation. For most patients, this email will be sent after their first visit to the hospital or one of our clinics after June 1st.

Some patients with upcoming appointments may receive an invitation before their appointment. If you have an upcoming appointment, please watch for an email inviting you to join the new patient portal.

If you have questions about the Patient Portal, please review the support section.

If you need additional support you may also contact us during normal business hours by calling 575-751-5735.

Thank you for your patience as we complete this important transition.
