A condition of pain at the elbow, and numbness and weakness of the hand caused by compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow. If treated in therapy early with education on positioning of the elbow to reduce tension on the nerve, soft tissue release, and nerve gliding exercises, symptoms can be reduced before surgery is needed.
