Our professional staff of physical, occupational, and speech therapists specialize in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation in Taos. Holy Cross Hospital requires a physician referral to initiate treatment. Various prior authorization requirements, co-pays, and deductibles may apply. Our administrative staff will be happy to help you determine your specific requirements. Referrals can be faxed to (575) 737-9445.

As a department of Holy Cross Medical Center in Taos, we have instant access to pertinent medical records including test results, diagnostic imaging and operative reports. This can greatly assist us in understanding your problem and developing a plan of treatment.
